Annual membership fee

All IAHAIO members are required to pay an annual membership fee.

The membership subscription fee helps to support the work and activities of IAHAIO, for example, its conferences and events, the publication of its online Journal, the production of its Newsletter, the management of its online Forum for members and various costs associated with its administration (for example, hosting of the AGM) and secretariat

Membership fees are due when an organisation’s membership application is first approved, and thereafter, each year in January. Please note, if an organisation joins between March and December, this fee will be pro rata.

Membership fee rates

Affiliate member

• Not-for-profit: 300 USD per annum
• Commercial organizations: 2,500 USD (non-voting)

Full member

• Not-for-profit: 600 USD per annum
• Commercial organizations: 3,000 USD (non-voting)

How to pay

Once membership is approved, the member organisation will be sent an invoice by email for the appropriate fee according to the category of membership. You are requested to make online payment within 4 weeks of receipt of the invoice.

Organisations should use the online payment method outlined in the email to which the invoice is attached. This is an efficient, cost-effective method and is preferable to checks.
